I too have yet to receive my product ordered on October 1, 2014... I have tried to contact the several times through email, facebook message, and I have even called the owners home number and left voice mails, which she has not replied, the email communication last received was from little to no reply... I have asked for a Josephine Ward stating my order was made in the wrong fabric and they will be remaking it and sending it out.... as we have not received the product and have asked them to refund me our money and still no communication on this.... I want a refund as its been 7 months and have not received our order.
