They burned my eyebrows and ripped my skin off and didn't care to handle the issue. I called the day after left a message, the mgr did get back to me same day to apologized and offered any thing to help. We agreed to meet up the next day with the owner as well. I could not get away from work till 5pm though and so I messaged the mgr of the issue, I heard nothing back until the evening stating she had left for the day and to get with her in 3 days when she was back. So NO resolution or refund for the horrible service. Any New Year plans I did have or paid for were cancelled due to their neglect.
