Galaxy S21 Ultra

1

The phone cost $1200. It had a protective case on and fell 6 inches against a thin piece of aluminum and the screen cracked. Samsung would not allow a broken screen trade-in, plus money, for a new phone. A new screen cost $350 plus $40 labor. A month later, the S21 Ultra stopped reading its SIM card. I sent it to Samsung for a warranty repair. They said it was out of warranty because there was liquid damage, and it would cost me $750 to repair! Samsung claims this phone has an IP rating of 6/8. They're lying, because the phone was never submerged, and it got splashed a couple of times. I regret buying the Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Samsung merely goes through the motions of "customer service".
