Is it possible to give zero stars ? Explicit language warning. They have the worst customer service. Everyone i have talked to at this *** establishment had an attitude problem. In APRIL , i started payment on a trundle bed i was told that the carpeting would make it harder to pull out the trundle. I tried after the installers left , and it was extremely hard so i only pulled it out about a fourth of the way. In June, i decided to check what size mattress i would need and i couldnt pull the trundle out more than a fourth of the way. I then took my mattress of the bed and tried , still nothing. I then noticed that the support beam's brackets are preventing the trundle from coming out more than a fourth of the way. At this time i called to notify the store my problem and then was told that my account would be flagged with a message so that the person ahead of i guess fixing the bed ( zach ) would see it and call me . It took about 2 weeks for me to start getting calls ( called my mom instead of my number ). It took about 2 weeks maybe more for the installers/movers could come check and see if they could fix the bed. They tried EVERYTHING, they tried the wheels, they also said its no way its the carpet preventing the trundle because of the amount of space needed to fix the bed and trundle. He sent pictures back to zach , he either called zach or daniel to explain everything they tried and was met with arguement. When the installers left , THE INSTALLER TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO FIX THE BED AND NOT TO TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER ( which makes ne think this company has *** more people over ). Any ways , about two days later i was called to make a payment,(which i refused because im not paying for something that doesnt work) i then asked what was going on and was told someone would call. no one had called for about a week and a half or maybe 2, so i decided to call to find out what was going on, i was then transferred to 3 different people and was told i had a credit for the store so that i could just come choose and replace the trundle bed, i declined because i was dealt with unprofessionally and very rude which made me no longer want to deal with the company. I requested my money back and was told that i would be called back within the same day ( nope *** didnt call ) so here it is 10:30 A.M and they call , to tell me that there is NOTHING they can do . No refund , No credit at the store , and a bed that isnt what i wanted. I asked for a number to call so that i can escalate this and was told " im not giving you the direct line , ill have them call you " the same *** ive been getting this whole expierience . this company WILL NOT be getting ANYMORE of my money AND shouldnt get any of yours. DO NOT BUY HERE . TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. SOMEWHERE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUY FURNITURE AT OTHER PLACES.
