Fuckbook renewed my subscription after I canceled my account and also I wrote an email to support that I want the subscription to be cancelled.

yesterday I created account with username: Jahoda19. I tried your trial for 1 and after few hours I decided to cancel my account and cancel the subscription . I emailed support and told them that I want to cancel my subscription. But today you renewed the subscription for 39.99 even when I emailed it to support and it is renewed on an account that isnt existing, So I would like to get my money back. Thank you. Regards
