Frustrated, unhappy, fed up customer

ordering is now the most frustrating of any other vendor I deal with., you guys used to be one of the best., maybe you've changed call center. Last 4 experiences were impossible, cannot understand and they can't understand me plus the supply I ordered never arrived because they don't have a clue. The last rep I had talked very low and mumbled no matter how many times I asked him to speak louder but to no avail. Cannot express enough how difficult it is to deal with this, I'm not a jerk and have never written a supplier before complaining., I hope you respond to this email I really want you to know what is going on, if it was business I would want to know a customer has this level of frustration and I'm sure I'm not alone,
