From highs to lows, I was with this bank from the beginning. I experienced their rebranding and supported them when they were unfairly judged for poor service. I started my experience with them as a silver card member because I didn’t require any extra perks. Today, I am a platinum holder since I don’t want to wait to be serviced second, you know. Beyond that, I have complimentary international travel insurance which is great because I travel more than stay at home. As for their customer service, it is worth saying Platinum users are definitely treated better but my friends who are Silver cards holders receive the top-notch service as well. All in all, this bank is good for those who care about benefits and moderate rates when it comes to transactions, and credits, etc.
