Had a delivery scheduled today between 12:30-4:30 pm, the driver called at 10:00 am and stated will be delivering in 30 minutes. I told him no one is home yet but will be home on the of the delivery. He state" ok I'll see what I can do". Verified if someone will be home at 12:30 I said yes. At 4 pm no calls yet from the driver so I called leons And spoke to the manager, Venkut. I told him the situation again, so he basically said we should be available the whole day for the delivery. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day and stated he just squeezed us for the delivery the next day because usually it won't be the next day that we are lucky. Lucky??? We wasted our time, lost money since we left work early to be on time for the delivery And wasted all our food for from the fridge since we had to unplug it before the delivery for the driver to take our old appliances. I told the the manager we should be compensated and he said nothing
