This was the first time I had my stud collected, packaged and shipped with ICSB. I should have turned around and walked away when I seen how dirty and unkept this facility was. The floors and walls were filthy. The mobility of his sperm was 95%, speed of progression 5 out of 5, concentration was Dense, and Abnormal cells 25%. Sperm arrived at *** veterinarian on time the next day, but was slushy and had a 1% mobility when it arrived. The veterinarian said that the packaging is why the sperm arrived dead. That shredded newspaper was the only thing keeping the vile from the ice packs. They refuse to refund their portion of the charges $175 for collection and shipping supplies. They said they could try and file a claim with the shipper but most claims are being given because of Covid-19. User's recommendation: Do not use ICSB for collection and shipping.
