sir, i bought Idea 3g netsetter on 25/10/2010 in chittoor, chittoor district, andhra pradesh which is disconnecting very freequently, ican not able to connect again, its displays the modem is in use or not configured properly, i tried it for about 4 desktop pcs. i contacted customer care but no response. i disappointed much. so, pl. kindly help me inthis regard my usb data card no. is [protected]
