I worked for tidy. They are a complete scam. Do not use their services unless you want be taken advantage of financially. The app is seriously glitchy, there are no humans to speak with, just a voicemail. Frequently they would book a 2.5hr job At say 10:00 and book another 2hr job at 10:30!!! Which Caused me to constantly have to cancel with the client, in return tidy charged me $40 each time of cancellation because “it was last minute”. They do not send client info until 20-30 prior to the booked time...so OF COURSE cancellation at last minute was my only option. They’re the worst! I no longer work with them and they recently tried to take $500 out of my account! Wether your a cleaner or a client...beware!
