For refund payment

Shopee is the worst app ty o order your items.. 1. 3 of my order was faulty and no refund or replacement was done. 2. On of my item spoiled after 2 month. Can't use my 1 year warranty. I have contacted the seller and shopee and both are no help. 3. Shopee just washed their hands saying call the seller and seller don't respond.. 4. What a waste of money...
