For rebooking

I am trying to call your hotline number since yesterday but no one is answering and the line is became too busy. Please help me to rebook my passenger Mr Jayson Velasco the soonest flight if possible. His original ight from Dubai to Manila is on September 20. And i received from your good office rhat it was been cancelled.
