I ordered £80 worth of flowers from Flora Queen for my daughter's birthday, to be delivered on 11th Aug. The flowers have not yet been delivered, her birthday is way past, and I have had to pay for more flowers to be sent. I have tried to contact Flora Queen through the website with no reply, and their UK phone number simply referred me back to the website with a recorded message. I should have checked with you before ordering ! User's recommendation: avoid this company.
