Flight Cancellation – Ticket Refund

Your airline cancelled the flight from Fort Lauderdale to Nassau on Sunday , 7th March, 2021. Franklin Rahming and Earnestine Miller-Rahming were booked on that returning flight. I am now wondering why the cash for the return has not been posted to our account immediately.
