Austria my @#^&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;! This stuff is from China. Had I known I would never have ordered it. Who said 2-3 day delivery??? Mine was THREE weeks! Based on all the reviews I will never put this on my dog. Not taking any chances of injury from a misaligned buckle. $36.00 thrown down the drain. Think I am unhappy with the whole experience? YOU BET I AM!!
