I ordered a mobility issue scooter from Victoria Becham in October. I never received the merchandise and due to covid 19 I have not been able to contact you. Now you tell me I am out of the time frame to dispute the transaction. Resolution hung up on me and the love chat wanted me to pay for help with my computer. Other credit card companies are very willing to help but Chase does not want to. You can care less that I lost $129 because of the virus. Are you going to help me or do I need to close my account? User's recommendation: Do not use a Chase credit card.
