My windshield was busted from a fedex driver who pulled communication lines down and another truck pulled them completely off the poles! This caused my broken windshield! This happened on 06/11/2019. Fedex did not contact the appropriate people causing a delay, now the claims examiner is claiming she has not contacted the driver! It will be two weeks this coming tuesday and she cant talk to him! The side of my car was damaged but i told her its an older car that i just needed my windshield fixed! Guess i will contact an attorney.
