Bought brand new 2018 wilderness at end of 2017..even talked us into buying extended warranty..parked at seasonal site all of 2018 used about 6 times before putting into storage for winter..set it up this year, put on water heater and a fire started on heater electrical box,thankfully we were there to put it out..1200 dollars to replace heater and wiring..extended warranty wont cover repairs..maker of heater wont cover because heartland wired it and insurance wont cover because i put fire out before damage to rest of trailer..repairman said they didn't tape wire nuts which caused arcing..the response i got from heartland is ( why didn't it happen sooner )..thank god this didn't happen while we were sleeping..looks like i might have to go through legal steps...will never suggest buying heartland campers
