Faulty window and faulty replacement parts

I have received 3 replacement doors for my sliding window perma shield 200 series. The 3rd one shades are broken and the travel is not smooth. I will never buy an Andersen window again. Their quality has obviously not held up to the level of their reputation. User's recommendation: dont buy.
