Solo device stopped working after a week. After I finished explaining the issue, your customer service agent hung up on me. I was not acting like a "pissed customer." I've had numerous issues with the vibe before and just ordered 2 devices online because I can't find them anywhere. Now, while I wait for them to arrive, I have a non-working solo with a fresh pack of pods that haven't been used. AND I just paid 30% sales tax on a product that I can't use. User's recommendation: Don't start using this product.
