Faulty product, TERRIBLE customer service

Wow, atrocious customer service. Basically, one of the grippers we were sent was faulty. Sent in a support request via website which was completely ignored. Went to customer chat which was polite and also completely useless as the agent could just "document" the problem but did nothing to help and directed me back to send yet another email, and explain the issue yet again. I am certain the gripper they need to replace is dirt cheap compared to the cost of these things. Expensive=expectations of decent customer service. Oh, and leaving a review here since can't find a way to leave a review on their site (which is filled with glowing "reviews"). Yeah, major red flag that I regret not noticing in my Christmas gift ordering frenzy. Don't waste your money on this company.
