I had laser done on upper lip. i stated to noticed brown mark on my lipe like it was burnt. i complaint to fatima. She became very rude to me and said i can go and do what i like .she didn't not like that i complaint. now i am left with brown mark on my upper lips. she is very unprofessional and just want money even she ruins someone face.she will not take responsibility if something goes wrong she will stat shouting at you to come out of it.she only like costumes who dont complain to her .she don't know how to deal with costumes complain.she just want money doesnt metter if costumes are happy or not. I had really bad experience with wouldn't recommend to anyone
