I used 1 induction plate 5 yrs then fan made loud hum so i trashed it had another Nuwave plate after several uses this 1 made loud fan hum also I don't know what causes it but they are to expensive to keep trashing . I bought 5 of them in 2014 at same time. Do the fans go bad on them and can it cause a fire.
