Beware of the Family Business Institute! We hired this consulting firm and they are ***-men, hustlers and in my opinion running a scam. They lock you in for $5,000 per month and offer no substantive help as they are not qualified business people. Their only goal is to bleed your company for as much money for as long as possible. My business suffered because of these people and it was difficult getting rid of them because they patronize and prey on the weak key individuals to maximize their fees. Stay away from the Family Business Institute and Mike Lyons! Please check with your local SBA or University to find a bona fide business consultant.
