False advertising??

I ordered a subscription with a card that promised 12 health booklets as a bonus for a subscription. Never received them. To date, I have contacted them 3X in writing to ask for the booklets. Still nothing. Not even an email to maybe say "we are printing more, or ...sorry, oversight, in the mail..." Nothing. Bad service Prevention!
