Fake shipping links, bootleg products, zero customer service

After receiving numerous links to fake shipping numbers I got PayPal involved. I finally got my discount. through PayPal.. Storm media AKA esfranki was zero help. They gave me the same automated response. I believe several of the items that I ordered don't even exist in their inventory. My items never came . its been months.
