Failure to process PPP loan

There Portal had wrong form, technology failed and loan was never completed after all information submitted. They stopped communicating with and my office has been closed. 25 years with the wrong Bank. They won't answer questions. No one will continue to help us. It's like representatives who initially helped me with the Portal problems were told to stop communicating as it could create liability. A BIG BOX BANK HAS BETTER RESOURCES.
