Failure to honor to honor extended warranty
Initially I filed a complaint about Raymour and Flanigan about a living room set that I purchased that was inferior to the model on display that was delivered to my home. after filing the dispute with your agency Raymour and flanigan accepted the merchandise as a return and allowed me a store credit for it"s value. I found another living room set for a increased purchase price that I belived was of better quality. I purchased the extended warranty as recommended by the salesman to insure I would be covered in case the product was inferior. I was guaranteed replacement with a new set if anything happened within two years. Approximately one year after this purchase I have had the extended warranty insurance representative to my home twice to review the leather finish which is cracking and peeling from the leather. i have been advised the living room set has been discontinued and no replacement can be made, and unless the furniture is broken or has a burn hole in the leather nothing can be done. Report filed 04/03/19 with the insurance Representative again today who visited my home. Representative took pictures. Respectfully Ms. Marlene Panzarella
