failure to deliver product/failure to refund

I paid for product, never received. Refund promised in 3-5 days, now over 14. Then promised in 3-5 business days, now over 10. Then promised Monday, now Thursday. Told service supervisor, Marilyn, would call she did not. Told them I would accept money order via overnight mail - did not happen. She me that 3-5 day response was standard despite it not being true. This is an ongoing intent telephone and Internet scam. I have informed both the FTC and the FBI. Andrew Hirsch
