Cancelled contract due to lack of performance by Cooks - traps were NOT checked (soil undisturbed). I continue to get billed even though traps were picked up months ago. My credit card company continues disallowing Cooks drafts. We can keep this up forever or you can stop billing me now. Cooks claims they scan the traps as a way of verifying they were checked. Ha - to check the trap, one must open the cap (lid). They showed we had 20 traps so they came and picked up 20 when I cancelled. I still have 2 of their traps! In other words, they don't even know how many traps they put out.
