Fail to refund money for purchase of service that was never delievered.

I demanded a refund to Badoo because when I purchased premium service and credits they were never delivered as there was a technical issue. Furthermore, when I contacted the company, which can only be done my facebook which takes hours and my email, same if they even answer you back, they kept saying, almost it was a computer generating the same answer and they did not give a look even to the case. Worse customer service I've seen and so far they haven't given me my refund yet.D User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything with badoo.
