I ordered this for a Christmas present. As soon as I had ordered I contacted you and notified that I had ordered b12 by mistake instead of B2 so could it be changed. Also sent email 8/12/17. No response and didn't happen. I ordered melatonin 7/12/17 and asked if it could be put in the same package. No response, didn't happen. The main package arrived with insufficient postage. I emailed again 28/12/17 to notify and ask for postage reimbursment. No response, didn't happen. I have collected the package with £13.66 surcharge for insufficient postage. I have b12 that I don't need. I had airmail cost for melatonin and b2 postage. I have had to waste time and money collecting and emailing that have not even be responded to. Very poor service. I can send more pictures or forward original emails if they will be even looked at as I only get automated responses.
