Extra charge by hotels and false advertisement on services

I booked hotels with free breakfast on Priceline but the experiences are bad: 1) extra charges: Hotel (such as Econo Lodge Inn at El Cajan Ca) charges another fee names service fee one site. 2) False advertisements: when it says free breakfast, actually NO breakfast. 3) hotels with bad status such as all laundry machines are out of service User's recommendation: The advertisements on Priceline may not be true, the charges by Priceline may not be all.
