Called 1-87*-257-****, option 1, then option 3 have your serial number, gave it to them, sending blades, no issues. Not sure why the website was removed, thinking it is because it went to Husquvarna versus Ariens but in any event this works. Been doing this for about 10 years with no issues, a little different but they are honoring the blades for life deal. No issues. User's recommendation: Follow directions in details and you should be ok.
