Expedia car rental refused refund

We cancelled months in advance of our trip due to changed circumstances and Expedia car rental would not refund us nor would the AARP travel insurance refund us. We cancelled less than 2 weeks after booking. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE AARP TRAVEL SERVICE OR EXPEDIA.
