Every time I contact a representative I get the same excuse, but there's never any result the same issue since the day when I bought the new game back in November 2020, and it's almost a year later and still no Nobodies contacted me on the cases and I have created in the reports that I've sent in obviously the game was premature and pre-released should've never been sent to the retail store until it was finalized and finished before most of the current issues were resolved. Its very unacceptable your company cut corners before you finished your job just to save a few dollars But I should get A lot of results that dont pertain to any issue that I have User's recommendation: Don’t count on anyone from this company to resolve your issue.
