Exchanging goods

Yesterday bought items at Doncaster store of which 2 items don't fit , there is no signs in store or the cashier never told me that you could have no exchange or refund . Today I took them back to exchange to something that fit , I did not want a refund in fact I was going to spend more money on the items I was replacing them with . I am sorry the store is closing as I always bought my clothes from you but so dissapointed there is no signs to let us no the policy
