Exceptionally poor customer service

If Caremark could be rated with zero stars, I would. Have been trying to get blood pressure medicine for my 94 yr old father since January 5th. The Dr. has called in prescription 3 times and last time was told on January 11th the medicine would be here in 3-5 days. It's now 5:48 pm on Jan 20th and I've been on hold since 5:07pm to speak with a supervisor. My dad received an email stating to contact his dr for a prescription. This is his Medicare part D plan and will be changing when possible. User's recommendation: NEVER.
