Franklkn Mortgage Company has called my Insurance and requested they cancel my insurance. USAA called and told me that my Mortgage company was trying to have me pay them instead of USAA. They have recieved my Escrow refund and will not adjust my account. I spoke with a Supervisor named Chris and he told me; he wasnt going to transfer me to anyone and that he couldn't help me. The worse customer service I have dealt with. I have been dealing with since October 2018.
