Enrollment process nightmare from ***

3

I started this enrollment for my son before all this COVID stuff and every person I talked to, I explained my situation of being a single parent being a primary care giver for my sick father, who then passed during this process. As I was turning in papers my son's spot was not secured due to our unfortunate circumstances or even that we were going through this process before everyone rushed to change to online schooling before school started. So I have been told several different things be each new person I've spoken with or not told until after the fact. A document that I submitted before my father's passing wasn't accepted because it didn't have the doctors name on it yet I couldn't get a new one to them for a few weeks due to dealing with my father's funeral. Yet they wouldn't accept what they had while waiting for the corrected one with just that missing piece. Then they took about a month instead of the so called 10 business days for placement before he could be in rolled. However by this point we were not waiting to get on the waitlist. Which now no one can say where he is on the waitlist or even how long before he gets in yet the school its is dropping students like crazy cause that parents realize they could've stayed at their home schools. So we are now 2 weeks into school andI'm home schooling due to this huge stressful mess. Which I was told my son's place on the list would go by when we started submitting our documents, then told no it's by when they all were in. I've asked to speak to a corporate person and just transfered to another rep but never given an number. During of this I was emailing them daily about all of this as well. Then told to enroll him in the sister school and stay on the waitlist for the school I wanted. Tried to get that done for days, only to finally be told they are full and he would also go on a waitlist. I researched this school for a year. I have proof but it has personal info on it, I'll have to add it later. User's recommendation: Look at as many schools and curriculums as possible before choosing and make sure you have everything together before you start.
