thruway fastners is a *** place to work for,if you kiss up to people you,ll get raises i was on grand jury for three months forman said i,d get paid when they found out how long it was for they said no but others got paid for jury duty.unfair place.i recieved alot of key marks on my cars and trucks while working there.they hire no black people.if your related to uppers in the company you,ll go far.people tried to get a union in there once foreman at the time came up to me and offered a dollar raise to vote against it,i voted against it never saw a dollar raise whoever works there plan on getting a good screw i had a 401k there after i quit five years later got a whopping $500 dollars
