Email I sent to the GM at Fuccillo Kia of Clay NY with NO response

I waited until the holidays were over before contacting you about a situation I sincerely hope you were not aware of. I had our KIA Amanti in for service 10/1/2015. Josh told me I needed front struts which would cost $553. I told him I would think about it. a couple weeks later I made an appointment for the struts. When I came in I was told the parts department forgot to order them. I left a little upset and Josh called the next day and said they would knock off $50, so I made another appointment for 11/16/2015. This time Josh told me the bolts were frozen and I would need new sway bars, control arms, etc. The cost would be a little over $2000. I declined the work. On 12/16/2015 I took the car to a local Chevy dealer for a second opinion. Attached is the invoice in which they state NOTHING is wrong with the suspension. I wonder how many people have been ripped off by your service department. Needless to say, I will not be coming to Kia of Clay anymore.
