Ordered a pendant light from Elk. Happy to take my cash. Three days later the first email saying it is being prepped to ship. 8 hours later, another email saying they could not get it from a supplier. I thought they were the supplier. Nowhere did it say getting it from a third party maybe. It is not the 90's, inventory needs to be on hand before your website sells it...had to complain to Paypal to get my money back. There was no easy way to contact them as there is no chat and they did not reply to my email questioning why they lied. Elk and the entire Bellami family of front companies must be avoided.
