Their web site looks authentic as they use accept charge cards and use PayPal. BEWARE of the 10% discount if you pay by check, which I did. My check was cashed immediately and no delivery as promised. Emails, although answered have always been polite, but indicate the same bull that they are awaiting shipment due the following week and will then advise me with a tracking number. Two months later and no watch winder from them. Seems like I have a better chance of winning a lottery then I have with receiving what I paid for. By chance, should I receive the winder then I will update this negative posting against the corrupt, deceptive and liars at electronicgadgetstore.net......................B E W A R E
