Elderly harrassment

My 94 year old mother has had Allstate for 72 years - only used once for hail damaged roof. Last Fall she got a letter saying someone was going to physically inspect her property before annual renewal. If course; he found a problem (moss on siding). Lol:;( They said have it powerwashed by May - it is now February & they sent a letter of cancellation! Total bully-tactics..
