eft after cancellation

CLKBANK * COM kept charging me after I cancelled my account with the vendor. I asked who kept that money, no reply. My guess is CLKBANK kept it, so my complaint is against CLKBANK. I need to prove that I received an email from CLKBANK acknowledging the cancellation. I never got that email, but I have proof from the vendor that I cancelled it, and proof of when the account ran out. Everyone, just be careful about anything that uses CLKBANK. At least now you can look up the charge on CLKBANK.COM using the ID from your card's billing statement, and this may help some people identify the charge. We identified the charge and were surprised we were still being billed a year later. It took us that long to catch it with two people getting computer guides that showed up as CLKBANK. We never questioned it together until neither of us expected a recurring charge from them anymore. I think they count on that, and should be sued for charging for services not rendered.
