Eargo 5 not connecting to device!!

Recognizes connection but fails to connect. Absolutely need help from technical staff at Eargo. None received for currently unusable product. As CEO goes into public Year End board meeting at, of all places large brokerage firm to boost the price user sit here with unusable hearing devices. Oh my GOD User's recommendation: Be care on insufficiently tested products with limited late responses, if ever.
