The access that the many dump trucks are using are unimproved roads that are not maintained by Miami-Dade County, but rather are maintained by the surrounding private property owners for many years. These roads have had many thousands of dollars invested in them over the last few years and cannot sustain the use of heavy equipment on them. No water trucks have been witnessed to control the great amount of dust being created in the area.
