Drivers are speeding 80 MPH in a 60 MPH zone

I clocked their Black Van going 80 miles an hour over the causeway up to the Hitchcock exit when the speed limit is 60-65 MPH. I called the owner and he got defensive. These drives still continue to speed over the causeway and I have tip-offed the police. Also, the owner got upset and had my review removed on trip advisor. It goes elsewhere permanent now.
